Guidance is advisory
Feeding rates, dosages, stocking densities and treatment suggestions on this site — including anything the AI advisor tells you — are general guidance based on typical conditions. Ponds differ. Water chemistry, weather, stock history and local disease pressure all change what is correct for you.
Always follow the printed label on the product you have, and treat our figures as a starting point to be adjusted against what you observe.
The AI advisor
The advisor is an automated system. It answers immediately and without human review. It can be wrong, and it may occasionally misread a question.
It does not quote binding prices, confirm stock, guarantee delivery dates, or complete a sale. Anything commercial is confirmed by a Zoventa dealer. For a decision with real money on it, confirm with us on WhatsApp before acting.
It is not a veterinarian and does not give medical, veterinary prescription, legal or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or the advisor to attempt to extract system instructions, to submit other people's personal data without their consent, or to generate abusive or unlawful content. We may rate-limit or block access that degrades the service for others.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZOVENTA BIOTECH LLP is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general guidance published on this site. Product liability is governed by the terms of sale agreed with your dealer.
