What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email we hold whatever you send us — typically your name, phone number, location and details of your farm.

When you use the AI advisor, the messages you type and any photos you attach are sent to Google's Gemini service to generate a reply. Photos are resized on your phone first, used only for that reply, and not stored by us. If you ask for a quote, a dealer contact or a callback, or send the enquiry or dealer application form, we record the name, phone number and farm or business details you provide so our team or a dealer can follow up.

If you speak your question instead of typing it, your browser turns your voice into text using its own speech service (in Chrome, this is Google's); we receive only the text. Reading replies aloud uses your browser's own voices; we do not receive any audio.

Your advisor conversation and chosen language are kept in your browser on your own device for up to 7 days, so you can carry on where you left off. “New chat” deletes it. If you rate a reply with a thumbs up or down, we keep a short excerpt of the question and reply with the rating, with phone numbers and e-mail addresses removed, to improve the advisor.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your question, arrange supply, and improve our products and guidance. We do not sell personal information.

Do not enter payment card details, bank details, government ID numbers or passwords into the advisor. It never needs them and we do not want them. Send photos of fish, water, ponds or feed only — not photos of people or documents.

Who else sees it

Advisor conversations are processed by Google (Gemini) to generate replies. We use Gemini's free tier, under which Google may use the messages and photos to improve its services and they may be seen by human reviewers, so do not type or send anything private to the advisor. Enquiry and application details are kept in Zoventa's own customer system and shared with the Zoventa dealer or distributor covering your area, so they can contact you.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to partners@zoventabiotech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
